Event Review: Ethical Traps for Solo & Small Firm Attorneys

This seminar was presented on January 17, 2013 at the Columbus Bar Association by OBLIC Director of Loss Prevention Gretchen Mote and CBA Ethics Counsel Bruce Campbell for the Columbus Bar Association Solo Small Firm Committee. Applicable rules of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct were discussed in relation to potential ethical traps solo and small firm practitioners should avoid.

Participants also received copies of the Rules, Consumer Guide, and 22 writing requirements in the Rules. This seminar was well attended and led to interaction with the attendees.
