Event Review: Networking Workshop at Capital University Law School
Post on September 26th, 2013

OBLIC Director of Loss Prevention Gretchen Mote planned this new networking workshop. The workshop presented on September 20, 2013 at Capital University Law School instructed the students on the value of networking and offered hands-on exercises to teach them networking skills.

The students were required to compose and present an “Elevator Speech.” They also worked on introductions and received tips on remembering names of persons to whom they are introduced.

Director of Loss Prevention Mote notes that it is important to assist future lawyers to make the most of networking opportunities. In this difficult legal market, having these skills can be crucial. OBLIC is helping these future lawyers with this!
