Here’s a friendly reminder that an attorney whose last name begins with a letter from M through Z shall complete a minimum of twenty-four credit hours of continuing legal education, including a minimum of two and one-half credit hours of instruction in professional conduct topics, on or before December 31, 2016. Click here to access the Supreme Court Office of Attorney Services webpage on Continuing Legal Education that has a portal to View Your CLE Transcript and learn whether you have met the requirement for the compliance period.
Remember, OBLIC policyholders may receive up to a 15% premium credit for obtaining a total of 5 hours of continuing legal education in professional conduct within the twenty-four months immediately preceding the policy effective date. Click here for details.
