BEST PRACTICES TIP: UPDATE YOUR DOCUMENT
Post on February 14th, 2017

It’s a good time to make sure the documents and forms you are using are up-to-date. Do your forms reflect the latest changes? If you practice in family law, look at the Domestic Relations and Juvenile Law Standardized Forms. If you practice in the estate planning area, look at Probate Forms, including 2016 involuntary treatment forms.

To be sure you have the local rules, click on Ohio Trial Courts & Local Rules for a county-by-county listing of local rules for general division, domestic relations, probate and juvenile common pleas courts and municipal courts. For a comprehensive list, including the Ohio Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure and Ohio Rules of Evidence, visit the Ohio  Rules of Court, including amendments effective January 1,  2017.
