Grace Under Pressure: Dealing with Difficult Clients, Attorneys and Judges

OBLIC Director of Loss Prevention Gretchen Mote planned a unique seminar offering ethics and professionalism CLE credit. This CLE self-study presented by OBLIC in partnership with the Ohio State Bar Association, will be available on-line through OSBA CLE beginning December 1, 2013.

Grace Under Pressure: Dealing with Difficult Clients, Attorneys and Judges will address ethics and professionalism issues when attorneys are faced with challenges from clients, attorneys and judges that complicate the representation. This seminar offers unique perspectives with helpful tips to avoid land mines and navigating difficult circumstances.

Gretchen Mote serves as the interviewer for the discussion format of this seminar. Her conversation with Alvin Mathews focused on the subject “Dealing With Difficult Clients”, while, Monica Sansalone discusses the topic of ” Dealing With Difficult Attorneys”. Judge Teresa Liston, Retired, addressed topic of “Dealing With Difficult Judges”.
