OBLIC policyholders who have seen new quotes since June 2010 will note that the format of the quoting information has changed. The Declarations page also will include more comprehensive descriptions of the endorsements that are listed and made part of the policy. The changes are part of an extensive IT development process in place for more than one year utilizing “OASIS” software produced by Delphi Technologies. Replacing OBLIC’s legacy system that utilized software no longer supported by Microsoft, the new system is designed to meet the needs of the company into the foreseeable future, and to provide more comprehensive information technology solutions linking policy and claims information to financial management.

Some delays in quoting or processing policies have occurred as the new system is fine-tuned by Delphi and OBLIC’s staff. We appreciate your patience as OBLIC progresses through the transition period.
