Guidance on Attorneys’ Use of Generative AI
Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an emerging area for the legal profession.
The professionals at OBLIC have been closely monitoring developments in generative AI use within law firms over the past year, as well as ethics advisory opinions issued by bar associations across the country. In addition to offering a Model AI Use Policy for policyholders, OBLIC’s Loss Prevention team continues to regularly publish articles exploring this emerging technology and its applications in legal practice.
