Time: Box lunch & registration at 11a.m.  Shotgun start at noon.

Place: Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club, Powell, Ohio

Dinner, drinks & awards beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Cost: $160 per player, which includes a box lunch, golf, two drink tickets and dinner.

Dinner only guest: $50 per guest

Optional mulligans: 3 for $10  (maximum of 3 per player only).

Raffle tickets: 1 for $5 or 3 for $10.
