Do you have OBLIC FOMO?
Post on July 3rd, 2024

Recent statistics indicate 56% of people experience FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) when they’re away from social networks. We don’t want you to have OBLIC FOMO! Here’s a list of user-friendly services and resources so you don’t miss out!

Insured attorneys are encouraged to utilize the OBLIC Loss Prevention Hotline for tips and support that include:

  • Ethics questions
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Client communication and management
  • Practice management
  • Rules, statutes, and case law updates

Remember: there are no “dumb” questions – only questions that you don’t yet have the answer to!

Each attorney insured under an OBLIC policy may receive up to 1 hour complimentary ethics consult with outside ethics counsel for loss prevention purposes each policy period. General questions may be able to be answered by Loss Prevention staff without use of the ethics consult, but if your question involved a specific situation or client matter, it may be better suited for an ethics consultation. Ethics consults are confidential, not subject to your deductible, and do not have impact on premiums.

Loss Prevention and Claims attorneys write weekly updates and articles on topics of interest. This content is emailed on Fridays to all policyholders and posted on our website. The topics covered include:
