OBLIC ETHICS CONSULTS
Each attorney insured under an OBLIC policy may receive up to 1 hour complimentary ethics consult with outside ethics counsel for loss prevention purposes each policy period. General questions may be able to be answered by Loss Prevention staff without use of the ethics consult, but if your question involved a specific situation or client matter, it may be better suited for an ethics consultation. Ethics consults are confidential, not subject to your deductible, and do not have impact on premiums.
OBLIC NEWS
Loss Prevention and Claims attorneys write weekly updates and articles on topics of interest. This content is emailed on Fridays to all policyholders and posted on our website. The topics covered include:
- responses to common Hotline questions,

MALPRACTICE ALERTS
Malpractice Alerts are published quarterly with in-depth coverage of risk mitigation tips, coverage explanation, law practice topics, and current developments.
